The Web Based Adding Machine Numbers Wizard!
Paste a column of numbers from Excel or elsewhere. E.g. enter something like:
10
-7.8
8 000
(92)
30.1
This tool will 1. trim out the whitespace; 2. remove spaces and commas (we assume US format numbers, e.g. 5,000.00 = 5K), 3. translate numbers in (brackets) to negative numbers; 4. and add them up in two columns.
Results: Column 1 is the number you entered; column two is the running total.
Note: If you submit a non-numeric line, this tool will use a dummy value of 99999999 - you should edit your list and try again.
